The combined Data processing talent pool of DLB has over 300 years experience, ranging from Operations to Programming to Management. We build or rebuild iSeries IT departments, install, implement, and customize ERP software, from Financials to Manufacturing. We build National and International VPN solutions for our customers, as well as Internet and Intranet solutions. We are conversant in several programming languages, primarily RPG IV and C ++, Java, Perl, and CGI. We are Certified iSeries Specialists and Experts, eBusiness Specialists, and Microsoft Specialists.

**What do you like best about DLB System Associates, Inc.?**

What I like best about DLB Associates is its approach to solving complex problems in a thoughtful and innovative way. Rather than relying on traditional, siloed engineering methods, the company emphasizes a holistic, multidisciplinary perspective that focuses on truly understanding each project’s needs. I find that especially compelling because it reflects a mindset of continuous improvement and curiosity, which are qualities I value in a workplace.

**What do you dislike about DLB System Associates, Inc.?**

While I have a very positive impression of DLB Associates, one aspect I’d be mindful of is the level of complexity and fast-paced nature of the projects. Working on highly technical, mission-critical environments like data centers likely requires quickly adapting to new tools, systems, and expectations, which can be challenging at first.

However, I actually see this more as an opportunity than a drawback. Being in an environment that pushes you to continuously learn and operate at a high standard is something I value, even if it comes with a steep learning curve.
