Custom workflow and KPI tools are too rigid to build tailored approval chains and cycle-time trackers for automotive lines. Before using it, i had to switch between platforms for email, follow-ups, lead management, and deliverability. Having everything in one place makes outreach easier. ### 5. Unreliable, Buggy, and Poorly Supported. So there is literally nothing to like about it. **What do you dislike about DitLead?** I used Ditlead for a few weeks, and it was a mess from start to finish. The tool barely works. Features break or don’t respond, and the UI feels like a student project, not a real product. Onboarding is confusing, there are no clear steps, and nothing is smooth. Integrations fail or throw random errors. Reports don’t look reliable; the data seems wrong or incomplete. Support is the worst part. They say there is chat and email support, but I got zero replies. No updates, no help, no human contact. When something breaks, you’re just stuck. Overall, Ditlead wasted my time. It’s buggy, unfinished, and unsupported. I can’t trust it for lead generation, and I don’t recommend it. **What problems is DitLead solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ditlead is not responding to chat and email. ### 6. I couldn't ask for better or faster support! **What problems is DitLead solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have mainly been using the email warmup feature.
