The product is easy to use and implement. Our staff had few issues.

We weren’t impressed by the novice level of reports and monitoring provided-our business model could’ve used a more insightful approach.

**What problems is Distributed Marketing Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previous systems were difficult to troubleshoot due to incompatibility with other apps, which resulted in a lot of downtime.
