The complexity of Dispatch Science can be a bit overwhelming. There's a real learning curve, and new dispatchers need solid training time to get comfortable with the system. Making admin changes requires a good understanding of the ripple effects, especially when it comes to pricing or dispatch rules. The built-in reporting covers the basics, but we often find ourselves exporting data for deeper analysis. More robust report building and modifications within the environment would be great. The handling of static routes for our medical courier runs isn't ideal; the system treats each stop as individual, rather than allowing us to build them into a single static route. We have workarounds, but it's not as clean as what our previous system offered.
