**What do you like best about inresto by dineout?**

Handling of my father restaurant it's have a top role it's comes with easy access and clean dashboard. It's also easy to setup rather then other restaurants management app. It's really remember visit customer details and there preference so we can serve value to customers and satisfy.

**What do you dislike about inresto by dineout?**

It's not come in trail version. For small resturant owner it really help if company give trail version

**What problems is inresto by dineout solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud kitchen and offline management is easy with this The platform provides comprehensive reports that help me understand peak hours, popular dishes, and even feedback trends. 

It's all my experience from last 1 year

Resturant POS service and ability to manage the supply chain is the fantastic feature.

Nothing dislike as of now. Eveything looks perfectly designed and handy.

It help in maintaing the stock pile of resturant and its ease out managing the entire inventory. Also made billing at the POS handy.

Customized pricing solutions can be complex, lack transparency, lead to discrimination, make revenue prediction difficult, and result in negative customer reactions.

It empowers you to efficiently handle in-person customers, peak hour lines, and pre-bookings. It allows me to manage tables and bills more efficiently, which ultimately reduces the wait time

With the increasing chains of startups, inresto by dineout have come up with an amazing thought of providing one stop solution to every problem if anyone wanna open a restaurant anywhere.

**What do you dislike about inresto by dineout?**

Nothing in particular, but the trust of dineout and inresto is quite different firms, it is new and providing very good benefits. Hope it will continue to be the best in future as well.

Inresto provides us one stop solution to manage our new cloud kitchen and it all added up so well, we didn't needed to bother about anything. Every single thing was well managed.

The User Interface for the Application is pretty east to use. Its easy to adapt by restraunts in there day to day Operations. It is cost effective and helps in tracking activities.

The Awareness modelling needs to improvised. Needs to integrate with more dinning apps to understand the consumer behaviour better. Should give emphasis on finding Target audience.

With this interaction with other dinning applications becomes easy. Payment setup helps us get payment under one roof. And we can track our daily table turning time etc which helps us Improve.

It's impressive how they started with just reservation and waiting list management and reached to managing every nook and corner of restaurant industry in these years.

Employees often blamed them of worker exploitation. Have come across personal experience of a few employees being a part of mental health and HR industry at the same time.

Saving businesses from human error. Provides with seamless and effortless manage ment of services and saves time as well.

I like that it gives daily inputs and feedback on how my operations are going. Without doing a lot of manual tasks, it is able to give me good insights and help in smoother functioning day to day.

Not much to dislike, Customer service can always be better. Apart from that nothing much to dislike.

Problems around inefficiency and less visibility in the restaurant operations day to day are something that Inresto is solving for many restaurant owners and managers. Without doing much manual labor, it shares relevant data to keep the business running.

User interface is easy, maintain a start up restaurant or cloud kitchen is made easier. Covers all day to day dealings, dining, online orders. Billing and valley management are also satisfactory.

Dineout as a platform is a one-stop-shop for our restaurant needs.
It's the perfect technology partner right from managing reservations , valet management , billing as well as inventory management of the stock at the outlet.
We've been using their services for more than over 3+ years now and ever since their technology has only evolved.
Also their marketing services and launch plan and campaigns have given us a lot of traction and brand visibility.

The product has evolved from a waitlist management solution and today is capable of fulfilling all the requirements of an operational restaurant, pub, lounge or QSR, from a tech standpoint.

The UI/ UX needs to be improve. Need to work on the master dashboards and user access requirements.
