Although a very useful and essential tool for a corporation to have, Diligent somewhat feels to be overpriced. Pricing should be more differentiated based on the tools used by the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diligent One Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a compliance officer, keeping track of a mountain of statutory compliances along with their deadlines and their respective Acts and Regulations can be a really tedious task, especially in a large corporation where risk is higher due to stricter compliances. Diligent makes it easy to keep a track of upcoming compliances and alerts at the right time, leaving one less thing to worry about. The deployment of Diligent can be made more streamlined and easier as a few users from my team had a rough time trying to figure out how it works in first use. The automated workflow features in Highbond have transformed some of our key control processes. From tracking and remediating control exceptions identified using Highbond robots and analytics to driving the process steps in our control self-assessment program, the Highbond tool has helped to drive consistency, ensure attention is focused in the right places, and oversight is applied in our key areas. What problems is Diligent One Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main objective from the implementation of Highbond was to provide an automated solution that would improve controls, streamline compliance, and increase coverage of controls. Prior to Highbond, many of our controls were managed by manually scrutinizing reports and following up each exception individually. Using robots, Highbond routinely analyzes the financial transactions for all our regions and identifies issues as they arise. In turn, it is strengthening our first line of defense by helping to drive a culture of controls ownership across our organization with accountability assigned at an individual level.
