I am new to HighBond and I was able to pick up quickly how to navigate and utilize the tool quickly. Another thing I really like is that am able to quickly identify issues with our teams testing. Within a matter of minutes we are able to extrapolate data quickly and convert the data into useful reporting **What do you dislike about Diligent One Platform?** As mentioned being a new user, I am still adjusting to the use of the system/tool. Currently I do not have a dislike, I am looking forward to utilizing it more. **Recommendations to others considering Diligent One Platform:** I would highly suggest looking into HighBond, if you or your team is looking to incorporate more data analytics within your business. This tool really helps streamline and increase efficiencies no matter what type of project or audit you are working on. My team uses it to extrapolate our sample size and selections, show immediate analysis and trends. This tool is also a great why to so trends, projections and solutions for problems. **What problems is Diligent One Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently my use is related to data analytics and using the analytics to test faster, which allows the audit team to work effective and efficiently. Using the tool, I have been able to prove that calculations within our systems for customers were failing. Therefore, identifying issues and failures within our own systems. Support from Customer Success, Product, R&D and many other parts of Galvanize has been tremendously helpful and quick. Continuous release of newer and better version of HighBond almost every quarter -- The speed of innovation AND execution is unlike any company/vendor I ever worked with. **What do you dislike about Diligent One Platform?** HighBond is great in many ways, but in order to get to that point where one can use it professionally, a lot of time need to be invested in training and hands-on practices. (But once training is completed, it's so beneficial to the team and to the individual.) For contributor users, it is fairly simple but from time to time we still have to do a little demo to convert them to use HighBond. **What problems is Diligent One Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Compliance Analyst for internal control, sorting through and maintaining an overwhelming number of regulatory publishing/news/notices can take half of workday, if not more. Keeping different sets of data on various standalone software can also be complicating an already complicated matter that calls for immediate attention. HighBond allowed me to encourage team members to centralize all documents, correspondences, analytical evidence and alike in ONE place where we can connect, further discuss among teams, and take resolution actions. Project management moved smoothly and more efficiently with issues being reported, tracked, and retested as needed. If the auto-generated reports in Projects do not serve our purposes, we can create customized reports (in Reports module) for better views of Action Items related to particular project(s) so a "flat layout" of the project can be seen for quicker action, and it's a great tool when we meet face to face for discussion. The Storyboard in Results module works wonderfully for us as visualizations can be created as results of data gathered from tables (Analytics). This enables us to get points across when communicating with upper & middle management, especially when the data shown are being updated, through scheduled jobs, on a daily/weekly basis. (Gone are the days for creating PowerPoint slides!) So far, we are using the Storyboards to create Table of Supervision and I also use it to create a monthly communication/reading file to eliminate: (1) the use of MS Publisher and (2) sending multiple (and excessive) emails when I can just ask team members to visit a link. ### 20.
