We schedule Robots to run monthly, and this automatically starts Results once the output is available. This setup helps management to regularly verify and report exceptions, and identify potential exceptions that could cause adverse effects in operations. The initial setup of Diligent One Platform was really easy. **What do you dislike about Diligent One Platform?** I have to spend a significant amount of time searching the Diligent Documentation to find the release notes. These release notes may have critical instructions needed to ensure our processes are not adversely affected by the updates. **What problems is Diligent One Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Diligent One Platform reconciles vast data between systems, tracks audit details, identifies deceased retirees receiving benefits, and helps management detect operational threats. The task assignments and reminders automatically assign the tasks and help keep the team ahead of it and on time. Additionally, the included risk library has templates and benchmarks, so the processes are in line with industry best practice and save time. These aspects allow for the ease in the way of having a structured risk management and compliance procedure. **What do you dislike about Diligent One Platform?** Some issue we has encounter with Diligent One Platform is that its is highly dependent on internet connection. Data availability is always a concern when networks are unavailable or unstable since getting to material, data and information required for daily processes becomes a challenge. Further, the risk templates though effective do not necessarily cover certain specialties of specific industries that might require integrating policies from different templates so we end up having to engage extra time in the modification. **What problems is Diligent One Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The work of Diligent One Platform had been very helpful in raising risk awareness up and down our organization. We’ve also greatly reduced non compliance incidents because of its automated alerts and reminders to make sure no task gets missed. Finally, the data visualization tools have made us all better at identifying and prioritizing risks so that we can allocate resources better.
