The onboarding process could be slightly more structured. At the start we had a verbal strategy call but it would have been useful to receive a written summary of the agreed distribution plan before work began, particularly since we were coordinating across multiple locations. This is a minor process point and did not affect the final results or timeline in any way — everything was delivered as promised and ahead of schedule.
