Finshape DBOS is an AI-ready Digital Banking Operating System that enables banks to build, orchestrate, and continuously evolve modern digital banking experiences without replacing their existing core banking systems. Developed by Finshape, a European fintech company with extensive experience in digital banking transformation, DBOS helps financial institutions deliver seamless, secure, and personalized customer experiences across web, mobile, and assisted channels. Built on a modular, API-first architecture, DBOS combines digital channels, customer journey orchestration, workflow automation, payments, integrations, identity and access management, and AI capabilities into a unified banking platform. Business users can configure customer journeys, while the platform supports multilingual user interfaces and localization for customer-specific language requirements, making it suitable for deployments across international markets. DBOS helps retail and commercial banks reduce time-to-market, simplify digital transformation, eliminate vendor lock-in, and continuously evolve their digital banking capabilities. By separating business logic from backend systems, banks can rapidly launch new digital services, automate operations, personalize customer interactions, and adapt to changing customer expectations without costly core banking replacements.
