Working with Digistorm on our website was a pleasure. The team we worked with was great and our custom template is beautiful. We love how easy the CMS is. What do you dislike about Digistorm School Websites? Overall, Digistorm is really great. The only caveat is that their main support line (for larger support issues) is in Australia, so if you are in the United States, it might take a little time to work something out. Unlike other website design companies, the training on the CMS was easy to understand. The CMS is very easy to use. Creating pages is a breeze. Uploading content is easy as well. Our school came to Digistorm with a near-impossible timeline for a website (and app) overhaul. The new site was completed on time (a miracle in and of itself) and looks incredible. What do you dislike about Digistorm School Websites? No complaints thus far! The design blocks seem to pad a great deal, so perhaps the spacing is something to note. The problems we were facing with our old website were usability issues (we needed something that was both user-friendly and easy to update/manage for our admin team), capturing the contact info of potential leads, organization of information, and some functionality issues surrounding integrating a few software programs that our families are asked to use. Since our new website launch, I have received nothing but glowing reviews from our families of the new site. The previous website was outdated, particularly visually, with the look, feel, and elements of functionality and did not provide a positive user experience. Ultimately it did not create an excellent first impression for those seeking information on our products/services and therefore did not reflect the image we wanted for the brand. Digistorm's Website has allowed us to present our services visually appealing and non-cluttered, making our visitor journey on the site a much more positive and engaging experience. However, as I continue to get familiar and make changes I often do have questions, and the Digistorm team has been very helpful and responsive to my one-off questions. The 'live preview' option certainly speeds things up, and the interface is 'foolproof', making it easy to learn and then implement the changes you want. The Digitstorm website has brought us into the modern era and allowed us to finally start making use of our excellent photographic and video library, showcasing our campuses in a more authentic light. The compatibility with TASS with things like the enrolment portal has made things a lot easier for our Enrolment Coordinator, as well as prospective families. The Craft CMS control panel in eduSITE is easy to use and train users on, while still being very capable in order to create complex web pages exactly how they are needed. Digistorm also provides great modern website design, which is really customisable to each customer, so that the school's website doesn't feel like a 'stock standard' or generic site that's only customised a little bit. Sometimes during high-demand times, development requests for functionality changes can be slow but this isn't often the case. General support requests are usually responded to quickly though. By Digistorm hosting our school's website, we removed a lot of stress in having to host it ourselves in watching up-time, etc. By using eduSITE, we can just focus on developing the best possible content for our site, which in my staffing role is really important so I can use my time efficiently.
