Our school came to Digistorm with a near-impossible timeline for a website (and app) overhaul. The new site was completed on time (a miracle in and of itself) and looks incredible. I'm still fairly new to managing the website and wasn't part of the development of the site. However, as I continue to get familiar and make changes I often do have questions, and the Digistorm team has been very helpful and responsive to my one-off questions. Websites by Digistorm have been developed specifically for education. The website features all help to showcase, promote and facilitate engagement with school life. A range of other Digistorm products can be easily integrated into the site. There are seamless workflows available to make content management easy between various products. We love the user-friendly backend platform experience. The 'live preview' option certainly speeds things up, and the interface is 'foolproof', making it easy to learn and then implement the changes you want. The technical support offered by the Digistorm support team is great. They're quick to log the job and respond accordingly, keeping you up to date on your request progress. The Craft CMS control panel in eduSITE is easy to use and train users on, while still being very capable in order to create complex web pages exactly how they are needed. Digistorm also provides great modern website design, which is really customisable to each customer, so that the school's website doesn't feel like a 'stock standard' or generic site that's only customised a little bit.
