I've had some difficulty learning how to use DigiSigner. The online Guide is sketchy, and difficult to locate what I need help on. Most disappointing is the lengthy response time to emails to support. I still haven't received a couple of responses sent a week or so ago. A nice selection of options available in the free plan to test things out initially. The most important factor I considered when choosing DigiSigner is the ease of use. I send documents to parents/guardians/surrogates and many times they are not very computer savvy.
