"Effective for Large File Transfers, Needs Sync Improvements"
3.5/5
Describe the project or task Digiboxx helped with:

Digiboxx offers a comprehensive solution for managing large file transfers, organizing team permissions, and ensuring data compliance. Its InstaShare feature facilitates seamless file sharing, while the deduplication tool optimizes storage. The platform supports CCPA compliance through detailed audit logs and offers smooth onboarding for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I really like Digiboxx for our professional-services work. My favorite feature is InstaShare, which makes it easy to transfer large files without errors. The granular team-folder permissions are also fantastic for managing access to sensitive client folders. The built-in deduplication helps us clean up redundant files and saves storage space. I also appreciate the ability to audit shared access logs to ensure compliance with CCPA privacy standards. The migration from our previous solution was smooth, with helpful guidance from their onboarding specialist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeping Professional Records, Reports, and Content Files Better Arranged"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly handle nutrition reports, consultation documents, wellness graphics, educational PDFs, and video content. What I like best about Digiboxx is that keeping all these files and folders organized from one place feels comfortable during daily work. I started to using it recently and Uploading files, creating folders, and managing different wellness and health education related documents does not feel complicated. I use it regularly for storing consultation records, dietary assessment reports, educational graphics, and content files, and the overall workflow feels properly arranged during busy work schedules.

I also like that file organization, folder management, and cloud storage handling feel properly managed while working on multiple wellness and healthcare related projects together. Uploading PDFs, images, reports, and educational content files is smooth, and finding older files later also becomes easier because everything stays arranged in separate folders. Another thing I like is that file access and sharing feel comfortable during regular consultation and content related work. While handling health education materials and wellness documents, managing files from one place saves time and keeps the workflow more organized during daily use.

The platform also feels easy to start using without too much setup work, which helped during regular clinic and content creation tasks. Overall, Digiboxx is helping me keep consultation files, wellness documents, patient related records, and health education content more properly organized and easier to manage in one place. What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

I like that Digiboxx keeps files and folders properly organized, but while uploading larger wellness reports, educational videos, and multiple documents together, I sometimes noticed that syncing and upload updates can feel a little slower before everything appears properly arranged in folders. Also, when many uploads, shared files, and stored documents are managed together at the same time, the interface can occasionally feel slightly crowded until everything is properly arranged and refreshed. "Digiboxx : A Complete Breakdown"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I have been using Digiboxx mainly for storage and file sharing. I like that it has a very simple use case and is easy to use. It works very well for storing and organizing files, keeping them all in one place. I love that I can upload and organize my very important files in one place without going anywhere. One feature I like most is the ability to share files securely with a link and control access, which is useful when sharing large files. The initial setup is very easy, and the application feels easy to use. We get a demo once we do the initial setup, which is very important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

As per my experience till that date, the user interface needs to be improved. The current user interface is functional but still needs some improvement. Sometimes some options are very difficult to understand what exactly the use of it is. I think we need to give a demo of that functionality before we use it. "Compliant Secure Cloud Storage, Held Back by Limited Tool Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

For our UK cyber defence practice, Digiboxx’s regulatory-focused security stack is its standout strength. Every file view, download and edit generates permanent, unalterable audit trails that auditors accept without pushback during NIS2 and GDPR assessments. End-to-end encryption keeps confidential threat intelligence and client vulnerability data shielded from leaks, while fine-grained access tiers let me lock high-risk assessment documents to only cleared senior security staff. Pre-built GDPR retention rules auto-delete expired sensitive logs, removing the risk of fines from overretaining regulated data and cutting audit prep work drastically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

There are no native connectors to link the platform with our core SIEM and threat intelligence tools, forcing repetitive manual data transfers. Bulk audit log exports run sluggishly and output messy, unstructured files that require heavy reformatting to fit NIS2 reporting templates. Search performance drops sharply when sifting through years of archived incident records, and building custom retention rules for our classified client cyber datasets involves messy multi-step navigation with no industry presets. "Centralized Cloud Storage Eliminates Fragmented File Issues"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I appreciate two core strengths of Digiboxx that consistently improve my regular marketing operations alongside Sendybay-driven email and subscriber management tasks at Peak Creative Marketing. To begin with, its fully customizable folder hierarchy stands out as my top favorite feature. I can build multi-layered directory structures split into subscriber datasets, advertising creatives and campaign performance records, then add campaign-specific and monthly subfolders as needed. After exporting segmented subscriber spreadsheets from Sendybay for bulk email promotions, I directly store these files into corresponding pre-built folders. When teammates need recipient lists to launch scheduled mailings, they retrieve required documents instantly without repeated follow-ups, drastically cutting down time wasted searching for disorganized local files. Additionally, flexible role-based access control delivers critical data security for sensitive subscriber information. I assign differentiated view and edit permissions across folders, restricting full modification rights to core marketing staff while granting read-only access to design and sales teammates. This granular permission setup effectively prevents accidental alteration or unauthorized leakage of private user data and helps our small agency stay compliant with US marketing privacy regulations. What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

For the customizable folder structure, automated folder creation would be a top upgrade. Right now I manually make monthly and campaign-based subfolders every time we prepare new Sendybay email blasts. If the tool could auto-generate dated subfolders tied to each ongoing email campaign, I would skip repetitive manual setup after exporting segmented subscriber lists. I also hope for smart folder tagging rules to auto-file Sendybay campaign reports into matching directories based on campaign names, instead of moving files manually one by one. "Secure Data Storage, Scalable, Affordable"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

Extreme Affordability: It’s one of the cheapest options globally. You get 20GB for free, and paid plans start as low as ₹30/month for 100GB (roughly ₹1 per day).

Data Sovereignty: Unlike Google or Dropbox, all your data is stored on Indian servers. This ensures compliance with local data laws and keeps your information within national borders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

Limited ecosystem & integrations

It doesn’t connect as smoothly with third-party apps as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox, which can make day-to-day workflows feel a bit siloed and harder to streamline.

User experience feels rough

The UI functions, but it isn’t especially intuitive or polished. Even basic tasks—like navigation, sharing controls, and file previews—can end up feeling clunky and less straightforward than they should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Accessible, But Needs Faster Uploads"
4/5
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I like Digiboxx for its simple and user-friendly interface. It makes it easy to upload, organize, and access my files from both mobile and desktop. I also appreciate the accessibility of Digiboxx, as it allows me to access my files anytime and from different devices without any hassles and works smoothly. The initial setup was easy and very good to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

One area that could be improved is the upload speed, which can be sometimes slow, especially when handling larger files. This can affect productivity when working with bigger documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, User-Friendly, But Needs Faster Uploads"
4/5
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I really appreciate how Digiboxx balances strong GDPR-compliant security with ease of use, a combination that's rare in many B2B cloud tools for the German market. Its interface is straightforward and our team adopted it quickly without needing much training. I love that Digiboxx provides stable file organization and sharing features that work well for cross-team workflows, allowing us to set granular permissions and share secure links easily. I also find its cross-device syncing very beneficial, keeping files consistent across desktops, laptops, and mobile phones. This feature helps us quickly view, share, or upload documents on the go, keeping projects moving smoothly. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward and quick, with no major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

The biggest pain point is the speed of sync and file uploads with larger datasets. Smaller documents and images work fine, but when we’re uploading or syncing large project folders, it can feel slower than we’d like, which slows down our workflow. We’ve also noticed that the platform can feel slow or unresponsive when we’re browsing or managing folders with hundreds of files at once. Simple actions like opening folders, moving files, or refreshing the view take longer than they should, which adds friction to our daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined File Management with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I use Digiboxx mainly to store and organize work files so my team can access them from anywhere. It helps keep documents, images, and project folders in one place instead of sending everything back and forth through email. Digiboxx solves the problem of scattered files and messy sharing between team members. Everything stays in one organized space, so it’s easier to upload, share, and access files without confusion. What I like most about Digiboxx is how simple it feels to use once everything is set up. Uploading files, creating folders, and sharing links with teammates doesn’t take much effort, so it saves time during busy workdays. I can quickly access files from different devices without worrying about where they were originally saved. It makes collaboration feel smoother and less chaotic. Uploading files and organizing them into folders helps me keep projects structured instead of having everything mixed together. When I share links, teammates can instantly access the exact file they need without asking me to resend it, which saves a lot of back-and-forth messages. It also makes collaboration easier because everyone can view or download the same file from one place, so there’s less confusion about versions or missing attachments. I mostly use Digiboxx alongside email and messaging tools when working with teammates. It works well with the basic tools we already use for documents and spreadsheets because I can store the final versions there and keep everything organized in one place. This setup makes collaboration feel a lot less messy and easier to manage day to day. The initial setup was pretty smooth for our team. Creating folders, inviting teammates, and uploading the first batch of files didn’t take much time, so we were able to start using it the same day. Most of the team figured out the basics quickly without needing much explanation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

One thing that could be improved is the speed when uploading or previewing larger files, which sometimes feels a bit slow compared to other tools I’ve used. The interface is simple, but a few parts of the navigation could be clearer, especially when managing many folders at once. It would also be helpful if file searching was a little smarter so older documents could be found faster without scrolling through multiple folders. Sometimes the navigation feels a little confusing when there are many folders and subfolders because it’s easy to lose track of where you are in the file path. A clearer breadcrumb trail or a more visible folder hierarchy would make moving between projects quicker. I’d also like to see a stronger search feature that can filter by file type, date, or keywords inside documents. Small touches like faster previews and the ability to pin important folders would make day-to-day use feel smoother and more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Storage and Collaboration with Minor Hiccups"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I appreciate Digiboxx's powerful functionality, supporting various file types like documents, pictures, and videos. Its automatic backup and deduplication features help ensure file security and optimize space utilization. I also find the excellent collaboration features very useful; I can invite others to view, edit, and comment on files, which facilitates seamless cooperation. Setting access levels for shared files or folders meets different collaboration requirements and improves work efficiency. I like the high-security level, as Digiboxx includes encryption and role-based access controls to protect sensitive data. Furthermore, the user-friendly operation with an easy-to-use interface supports multiple languages, reducing language barriers and providing a better user experience. The initial setup is relatively easy, which is a great start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

I find the frequent login requirement annoying because users have to enter their login information every time they open the app. It would be better to have the option to turn this feature off, even though it's meant to enhance privacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
