The uploads on mobile is one of the bad experiences I had in the last few days. Also there are lots of bugs and the app behavior is quite inconsistent. Well, when I upload my documents, it takes a lot of time for it to be saved on the cloud storage. The mobile app often glitches, my uploads fail sometime and I have to do it all over again. I find their service is not working well now. I'm unable to open any documents stored as it wrongly says the internet isn't working properly, despite trying several ISPs and devices. Their customer service is pathetic; they don't reply and when called, you just get a standard voice note saying they're working on it. This has been happening for the last 5 months.
