"Secure Data Storage, Scalable, Affordable"
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

Extreme Affordability: It’s one of the cheapest options globally. You get 20GB for free, and paid plans start as low as ₹30/month for 100GB (roughly ₹1 per day).

Data Sovereignty: Unlike Google or Dropbox, all your data is stored on Indian servers. This ensures compliance with local data laws and keeps your information within national borders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

Limited ecosystem & integrations

It doesn’t connect as smoothly with third-party apps as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox, which can make day-to-day workflows feel a bit siloed and harder to streamline.

User experience feels rough

The UI functions, but it isn’t especially intuitive or polished. Even basic tasks—like navigation, sharing controls, and file previews—can end up feeling clunky and less straightforward than they should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, User-Friendly, But Needs Faster Uploads"
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I really appreciate how Digiboxx balances strong GDPR-compliant security with ease of use, a combination that's rare in many B2B cloud tools for the German market. Its interface is straightforward and our team adopted it quickly without needing much training. I love that Digiboxx provides stable file organization and sharing features that work well for cross-team workflows, allowing us to set granular permissions and share secure links easily. I also find its cross-device syncing very beneficial, keeping files consistent across desktops, laptops, and mobile phones. This feature helps us quickly view, share, or upload documents on the go, keeping projects moving smoothly. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward and quick, with no major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

The biggest pain point is the speed of sync and file uploads with larger datasets. Smaller documents and images work fine, but when we’re uploading or syncing large project folders, it can feel slower than we’d like, which slows down our workflow. We’ve also noticed that the platform can feel slow or unresponsive when we’re browsing or managing folders with hundreds of files at once. Simple actions like opening folders, moving files, or refreshing the view take longer than they should, which adds friction to our daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined File Management with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I use Digiboxx mainly to store and organize work files so my team can access them from anywhere. It helps keep documents, images, and project folders in one place instead of sending everything back and forth through email. Digiboxx solves the problem of scattered files and messy sharing between team members. Everything stays in one organized space, so it’s easier to upload, share, and access files without confusion. What I like most about Digiboxx is how simple it feels to use once everything is set up. Uploading files, creating folders, and sharing links with teammates doesn’t take much effort, so it saves time during busy workdays. I can quickly access files from different devices without worrying about where they were originally saved. It makes collaboration feel smoother and less chaotic. Uploading files and organizing them into folders helps me keep projects structured instead of having everything mixed together. When I share links, teammates can instantly access the exact file they need without asking me to resend it, which saves a lot of back-and-forth messages. It also makes collaboration easier because everyone can view or download the same file from one place, so there’s less confusion about versions or missing attachments. I mostly use Digiboxx alongside email and messaging tools when working with teammates. It works well with the basic tools we already use for documents and spreadsheets because I can store the final versions there and keep everything organized in one place. This setup makes collaboration feel a lot less messy and easier to manage day to day. The initial setup was pretty smooth for our team. Creating folders, inviting teammates, and uploading the first batch of files didn’t take much time, so we were able to start using it the same day. Most of the team figured out the basics quickly without needing much explanation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

One thing that could be improved is the speed when uploading or previewing larger files, which sometimes feels a bit slow compared to other tools I’ve used. The interface is simple, but a few parts of the navigation could be clearer, especially when managing many folders at once. It would also be helpful if file searching was a little smarter so older documents could be found faster without scrolling through multiple folders. Sometimes the navigation feels a little confusing when there are many folders and subfolders because it’s easy to lose track of where you are in the file path. A clearer breadcrumb trail or a more visible folder hierarchy would make moving between projects quicker. I’d also like to see a stronger search feature that can filter by file type, date, or keywords inside documents. Small touches like faster previews and the ability to pin important folders would make day-to-day use feel smoother and more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Budget-Friendly Cloud Storage with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I like Digiboxx because it's affordable and straightforward. It provides enough storage to manage my files without overspending, which is a big plus compared to bigger cloud services. I appreciate that it simplifies sharing large files and keeps everything organized in one place. The interface is easy to navigate—uploading, organizing, and finding files is simple and doesn't waste my time. The initial setup was also pretty straightforward, allowing me to start uploading files almost immediately. Additionally, I find it practical for basic storage and file sharing tasks, making it budget-friendly and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

While Digiboxx works fine for basic storage, I’ve noticed a few limitations. The speed can be inconsistent, especially when uploading larger files, which can get frustrating. The interface feels a bit outdated and not as smooth as some other cloud services, so navigating and managing files isn’t always seamless. I also think customer support and overall reliability could be stronger, especially if you’re using it for important or time-sensitive files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Storage and Collaboration with Minor Hiccups"
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I appreciate Digiboxx's powerful functionality, supporting various file types like documents, pictures, and videos. Its automatic backup and deduplication features help ensure file security and optimize space utilization. I also find the excellent collaboration features very useful; I can invite others to view, edit, and comment on files, which facilitates seamless cooperation. Setting access levels for shared files or folders meets different collaboration requirements and improves work efficiency. I like the high-security level, as Digiboxx includes encryption and role-based access controls to protect sensitive data. Furthermore, the user-friendly operation with an easy-to-use interface supports multiple languages, reducing language barriers and providing a better user experience. The initial setup is relatively easy, which is a great start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

I find the frequent login requirement annoying because users have to enter their login information every time they open the app. It would be better to have the option to turn this feature off, even though it's meant to enhance privacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and User-Friendly, But Mobile Version Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I like the increased 20 GB storage, even though I have already purchased a paid plan. I also appreciate the fact that my data is stored within Indian servers, ensuring it is safe and private. Setting up Digiboxx was very user-friendly and simple, which made it easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

The uploads on mobile is one of the bad experiences I had in the last few days. Also there are lots of bugs and the app behavior is quite inconsistent. Well, when I upload my documents, it takes a lot of time for it to be saved on the cloud storage. The mobile app often glitches, my uploads fail sometime and I have to do it all over again. It's a time-consuming task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unreliable Service and Poor Support"
What do you like best about Digiboxx?

I use Digiboxx to store softcopies of important documents and pictures. They have solved my problem of accessing my data from anywhere. The initial setup of Digiboxx was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Digiboxx?

I find their service is not working well now. I'm unable to open any documents stored as it wrongly says the internet isn't working properly, despite trying several ISPs and devices. Their customer service is pathetic; they don't reply and when called, you just get a standard voice note saying they're working on it. This has been happening for the last 5 months. They've lost their credibility and need to be transparent and inform customers what is wrong and how they are addressing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
