Its user interface is very good and every other icon and check boxes are easy to view, manage and access. You can either conduct a regular search, or a boolean search, and the candidates that come up are usually spot on with what we're looking for. **What do you dislike about Dice?** Some of the search options could be a bit better, such as looking for those with security clearances. It would be much easier if the dropdown box had the different clearances to pick from, as opposed to just a simple 'yes' or 'no'. You have to take time to figure out if it the actual consultant/contractor you are talking to or if it the subcontractor's recruiter. **Recommendations to others considering Dice:** Some way to cut down duplicate resumes and corp-to-corp handlers. ### 36. But this is a bit more catered to the Tech World. Search filters are pretty simple and so is posting jobs. **What do you like best about Dice?** That it specializes to the IT world!!!!! **What do you dislike about Dice?** It logs a user off very quickly. It one if one a ~15mins call or steps away one has to automatically log back on. ### 38.
