The best portal easy to use because of its Vast pool of job opportunities and resources tailored to industry. its advances search filters and career insights makes easier to find the right match quickly. Also its customer support which is too excellent

The only dislike i have is its user interface which is dated when compared to other job boards in the market

Dice has good contract and temporary job postings available compared to other sites and filters that are useful.

I see old postings and not as many as on competitors like LinkedIn.

It's another job site but what I like best is that it has good contract positions compared to other job sites.

Pricing is high it can be reduce , they should have non tech resume

Dice is a solid platform best suited to technical skill sets. It is pretty easy to use and navigate, and their support/customer service team is great to work with.

There can be fake candidates and resumes added by Third Parties. This isn't so much a Dice issue, but can be frustrating.

**What problems is Dice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dice provides our Technical Recruitment team a resume database to search for candidates. This benefits our recruitment team/company as we are a staffing firm that works to find candidates to fill our candidate's open positions. We have found Dice to support technical and niche positions better than some of the competition.

Navigation and Layout are nice along with the candidate selectrion criteria choices.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

Candidate selection is very poor and the candidates haven't updated information in years.

**What problems is Dice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DHI owns ClearanceJobs and Dice - and ClearanceJobs is an excellent database if you need something in that industry. I was led to believe that Dice might offer a similar product - and while the layout of Dice is great - the entire problem is there are not candidates! Candidates are often years old or compiled through a "social profile" aka web scraping from LinkedIn. This is not effective and candidates do not respond. I have recruited for over 10 years and owned two businesses and this is the least effective database I've ever used. The problem when you reach out to Dice (which I can say has great customer service) is that they say that they can offer you training to be more effective - but the problem is that without candidates training IS NOT effective.

I can see the preview of resume before I download, which is an amazing feature.

Extensive talent pool for all IT related roles. If you are looking for any niche skill candidates then DIce is 1 stop destination. I have been using Dice from last 9+ years and i never regreat for that. Dice offers lot of filters to seach for right candidates. It is very easy to use and Support team is very helpful. We have integrated Dice with our ATS and it is really helpful for all day recruting activies.

Cost it on the higher end which can be more competitive as other portals are litter cheaper.

Using Dice portal for recruiting IT positions. Lot of Tech candidates are usually uploading there resumes on Dice and Working into IT recruitment Dice is the only portel where we can relay on.

The best about dice is which i like the most , when we source for the candidates this platform has the most appropriate candidates with all proper information that has to be mandatory .  As a recruiter , this platform helps me to do my work more in easier way .

Its not really about the DICE , but sometimes the non relevant candidates appears in no where , where it happens when it comes to a common sourcing platform where there are people who searches for a job in a rapid course case.

When it comes to Dice it has a faster recovery process more than any other platform . So that , if we have any portal issues or resumes is missing out , actually they dont happen most of the times but when it happens they take just make it happen within a sort of time . As a recruiter I am glad to have this portal on to my most fav side cause , I had more good resumes in search that benefiting me although my career platform not only me bt also the lif eof recruiters that depends on this sourcing platforms .

Lot of good features to find the relevant candidates with specific skills.
I use it to find strong IT consultants who are very good technically.

Some candidates create 5-6 profiles by just changing their initials. Dice needs to improve this.

It collects all the required details from candidates like Work Authorization, Salary expectation, Relocate, Tax term. But, morethan that candidates are providing more details in Dice notlike other Job portals. In Dice, Applicant's profile reviews his Work Authorization, Job title and Location. These are the important stuff we need before we open a candidate's profile. Dice is very easy to use and has many number of features like Job posting.

In Dice, Sometimes there is no resume attaches to a profile. This is very big negative.  Eventhough it is costlier than the other portal many people are using Dice for it's best profiles.

I use Dice a lot during my recruitment cycle. Dice gives you perfect candidate search. It's easy to use and easy to implement during candidate sourcing. It has millions of resumes to go through and the best thing is that it shows accurate candidate according to the clients's requirements. Also it has good integration with other ATS like JobDiva.
Customer support service is quick and responding.

Rarely there's anything to dislike about dice. I have used a lot without any hassle for now.

Dice is solving a lot of problems during sourcing candidates. It shows accurately match candidates according to client's requirements. Talking about benefits they're a lot but most important is getting closures from the client on sourced candidates from Dice.

I have been using Dice for over a Decade, It's my Primary Recruitment tool. Nowadays many profiles did not have contact details to reach. That is why I reduced 2 points

Fast and trusted site in Recruitment for the US Market. I am using it for Job Posting and Resume Searching. It has AI Auto Search option which helps us on suitable profiles for Job Postings.

the user interface and search function is very nice.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

Candidates are pulled from everywhere and from many years ago.     If you filter on recent there are very view really looking.  Many put an outrageous salary request in hopes of hooking an employer.   Does not cover non technical disciplines.    Super expensive for what you get which is very little.  I recommend not using Dice.

See according to me dice is one of the finest ATS (Applicant tracking tool) beacuse I am a regular user of dice. Accorinding to me it is a user-friendly interface.

With dice this is a coomon issue which I found and I personally dont like there is lot of miising details of candidate because of which it is hard to find the right talent.

Like I dont know that the problem of insufficiant data available over dice about the candidates, is they are solving or not but they should tackel this problem and should solve this immidiately.

The most i like about dice is they exactly hold the boolean string beacuse of that i can get correct resumes from dice
dice is reallu verry smooth log in and log out 
its not hard to use anyone can understand in a day how yo use dice
without any restriction i can post multiple job on dice and i can get correct resumes as per the client requirment.

i feel its been little bit slow whrn we are using dice on a multiple tabs
its hang and not get any resumes from dice whenever we are using dice in multiple tabs
at first it was a bit awkward to a firt time user

dice getting me correct resumes if we posted a correct job on a dice
the best thing about dice is he is capture the correct booleaan string and give a quality resumes as per the client requirment

Most profiles of candidates are genuine. The red and white theme is clear for search. No downtime. Best implementation in Ceipal. Used for staffing for full-time roles.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

The candidate profile on DICE can be hidden by the user (so no contact details are shown). The pricing of the portal is more expensive than Monster and CareerBuilder, TalentFinder.

Pricing should be lower (as monster.com has)
Delete inactive profiles that are not active.

**What do you like best about Dice?**

I like DICE fully, Starting from the intellisearch option to add boolean and to add and source using specific, Experience, particular company employes , with skills, with specific work authorization till the last used option. The feature i use most here is experience level, and Skills options with required expericnce and also work permit feature . Also the last update option here is good.

**What do you dislike about Dice?**

The only thing i did not liked on DICE is multiple resumes of same person added many times, Dice should filter and then allow people to add resume, if it same then it should auto filter them as when someone new hand working on it it should be resourceful to use as freshers will open every resume.

Every option is DICE is useful for use, like searching resume , sourcing with particular company , specific area search within set miles , specific work authorization , and many more.

I mostly dislike in Dice limited profiles in particular location and some resume's missing contact numbers or emails

Dice is one the best recruitment tool to find the Niche skill profiles. The user interface of the dice is very simple and easy to manage comparing to other recruitment tools.

Sometimes the location filter of the dice dosen't work, In this case we are not able to fetch the candidate from the given location from the client. it was major issue i was facing in the DIce.

Some times we cant able to find the exact locations of the candidate and Some profiles have been not meets the exact skill. This is major reason we find in Career Builder.

As a recruiter, I prefer Dice for my successfull recruiting because it have numerous applicants who are eagerly seeking for good job opportunities on their desired location and that helps us in finding the suitable job for them.

The one and only main dislike about dice it have thousands of information technology applicants but not for the Non technical roles. For non technical roles we are in need of switching to other portals for that.

Dice tool wants us to give the perfect boolean strings and formulas in skill searching. If we make a small mistake in that the whole search will not be shown. We got updates that the team is working on it.

Dice is a fantastic platform for professionals. Very user-friendly, and we get accurate results very quickly. Skill Filters are designed per the requirements and have options for unbiased search to give opportunities for every individual. Dice is always my favorite portal.

Sometimes if we need candidates with niche skill sets, we face problems finding the right talent; overall, It's my favorite platform to look for candidates for my client's requirements.

If we open one resume another time, it will also be counted as a view.
Resume screening is not possible without opening resume.
It is costly.

Nothing to mention, seamless functionality. I find it hard to expound on any negating factors when using Dice, you can upload your resume and  reach out to prospective employers.

Nothing - they did not bring us any prospects in 2 months.

Did not provide any prospects in 2 months of searches.

Did not realize they were not a good fit for our specific search and instead, carried on and wasted theirs and our time.

Expected us to pay for their services, even though they did not provide any value (0 candidates).

We found a great candidate via LinkedIn within weeks of asking Dice to stop the service.

Dice insisted we pay, although they did not carry out their terms of the contract.

Sent a bill collector after us to receive payment.

A competent company would have realized that the candidate profile we asked for was not a good fit for their database of workers and quickly asked to cancel the contract.  They persisted and wasted everyone's time - and our money.
