"Slow and very antiquated"

What do you like best about Diamond SIS?

It was nice that everything went back to an excel spreadhseet in that it was easy to manipulate the data once you go it out. Great for a very small school with not a lot of automation needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diamond SIS?

Very antiquated. Access driven and alot of the reports had to be manually updated. Very difficult to work with at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diamond SIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Used to manage a small career college student information system but was very slow at times and required a lot of maintenance and babying. A lot of the reports didn't gibe you enough information and you had to merge multiples together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Diamond SIS?

I like the easy accessibility of information that is all centrally located for our students on each profile. All student information for contact and evaluation is available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diamond SIS?

The database can begin to run slower after continued use and trying to create modifiers to run specific reports isn't as easy as I hoped it would. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Diamond SIS increases our productivity and the efficiency with which we work. All departments of our business including Financial Aid, Student Services, Education Department (including instructors and administrators) can collaborate within this one educational database on individual students via notes. What do you like best about Diamond SIS?

Diamond-D SIS is a software to manage students account, I like relatively ease usage for each users i.e. admins, faculty and students.Consumer care is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diamond SIS?

This software misses a lot of functions such as possibility to save major reports in other format such as excel which I consider big disadvantage . Also certain features are missing there in compare to other software such as Campus Management--which is comparable in industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
