What has impressed me after using Dialaxy is its call quality and support staff being as helpful and friendly as they can be. I have to be on call almost every time and sometimes the quality of calls can be really off factor for communication , this is where I don't have to worry about . The call quality is consistently clear no matter if its peak hour or just a normal day. I use Dialaxy to communicate daily with international teams to coordinate with our design and development teams. Instead of using regular calls or on social media. For example, when I am reviewing front-end updates with our clients, I need to make sure the communication is clear, so using dialaxy's virtual phone number this has become a lot easier for me and to my team as well. The interface seems to be pretty smooth and very easy to use. If I face any trouble, there is customer support service who has helped me every time as early as they can.
