I don't know what even to point first... Knowledge base sucks! You should be extremely lucky to make a support manager answer any question in a day. Two-three days response time is a usual thing in Dexi...

If you just want to build a simple scraper then you would better use another scraper (more user friendly with the support who respect their paid users). If you would belive Dexi's marketing that you will be able to create several scrapers, scrape data from different websites, combine these data, and then send it to your database - forget it, you won't be able even to understand how all these features work because no one will tell you that!

Except if you agree to pay $250 per each scraper or function. So if you want to scrape several websites, combine and format data and then send all these data to your database - you would need to pay an extra $1000-$1500 for that along with a $400 per month subscription... One of the most important thing i like about this is the ease of use. It is very easy to use and very user friendly.

The next things is that the user interface of dexi is very good.

The pricing of dexi is also a plus because even after spending some money on dexi to build a robot for me to scrape the website, I would still be in profit as the pricing of dexi is very reasonable.

I do not particularly dislike anything about dexi, but i would say that initially, it was a bit tricky to get acquainted with the tool but once you get a hang of it, you would scrape websites in no time.

The other concern is that the website is pretty slow. It takes a lot of patience and time to build a robot and scrape the data.

One more thing is that, there are few bugs which are to be rectified.

I was shocked at how cheap and fast this was. They built, tested and ran the web crawler in a matter of a few days and it was extremely affordable. I was about to outsource this project; which would have taken at least a week, been a lot more expensive, and would have required a lot more hand-holding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Output could have been better but I'm guessing they would have fixed any issues but I didn't give them the chance (I needed to use the data right away, so I just worked around any problems).
