What do you like best about Devinstock?

I'm one of the early adopters of Devinstock, and i love using it daily for everything related to my buisness, like creating quotations, convert to sales docs, create sales invoices and payments, product inverntory and more.

The tool is super intuitive, easy to integrate, it made my business management workflow easy and productive !

- The experience is super intuitive and the UI is lovely.

- The team support is top notch.

- CRM built in, multi-funnels, importing leads and converting them is made easy.

- CRM opportunities or accounts has built in activities, calls and appointments.

- Best experience of creating business docs with model customization.

- Pricing is affordable.

- Team and multi-user collaboration is built-in.

I trust the team is promising to add more features on the roadmap like project timesheets and more integrations!

What do you dislike about Devinstock?

Nothing, i love it as it's !

- Some of the services we sell are project based, so I'd love to see a project time sheet feature so i manage everything to the details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Devinstock solving and how is that benefiting you?

Devinstock helped me on my workflow which is basically

- I use a google sheet for leads.

- I feed Devinstock with new leads through import (Bulk import is supported) or automated tasks from Zapier or Paddle when a lead reach out to us on social media pages.

- If the lead ask for a quotation i can convert the lead to a first created quotation, and start converting it to a cusotmer.

- Create sales order for my customers.

- Create purchase order from suppliers for distribution or manufacturing PVC windows.

- Manage product inventory

- Manage payments and transactions (costs, fees etc).
