The DevExpress Winforms package has been serving us so well for over 10 years now. I have been able to accomplish more in less time than I ever could using standard .NET controls. The support is top-notch. They are always there to help with issues or to provide ideas on how to accomplish your tasks with their controls. Our users love some of the capabilities of their controls, like the GridControl.
