Everything is possible, but often complicated to achieve. For sending commercial emails, we are on the right track. As for transactional mails, there are still some small issues we need to work on together. It makes data selections and automated journeys easy with a drag and drop interface. This way you can map your whole flow by drawing it in the tool as you go. Without any effort you can create data segments in the profilebuilder which you can use to include or exclude groups in newsletters or journeys and customize the experience for the receiver by splitting journeys through if/else statements to create a different output based on the engagement of the customer. Through it's API connectors you can link CanopyDeploy to almost any other database and sync data through the digital ecosystem to keep track of any changes. **What do you dislike about Deployteq?** When using the datamodel, it's easy to put data in there. But removing it has some challenges. Which means contact with the supplier is needed **Recommendations to others considering Deployteq:** If your strategy is to create a "Best of breed"-stack and are in the market for ESP/marketing automation, then I would really recommend CanopyDeploy as it is a very complete, intuïtive, versatile, and easy-to-use tool that your marketers will love. In the past we used to have to create more content by our visual designers and now we can create effective communication by just using the content we already have and use that. With the drag and drop system we can very easily create emails and with the very easy campaign designing tool we can easily create automated marketing campaigns. Another problem is being solved by the webhook system, which makes it easy for a marketer to connect CanopyDeploy to just about any other tool. In the past we would have needed technical capacity for this and now the marketers can manage that. ### 25. A solo e-mail marketer can start sending simple weekly newsletters to automate their marketing activities fully. There is a lot of competition in this market, but both the support team and the tool itself help in our daily work. There are a lot of extra additions you can install from their in-app store to connect, for example Trustpilot or other external tools. It's straightforward to connect your data via webhook/API as well. I have been using CanopyDeploy for a few years now, and I am definitely not the most tech-savvy person, but we can very easily use the tool in our activities and make revenue. I am especially fond of the modeling in the campaign editor to make automate flows. **What do you dislike about Deployteq?** ITG has a vital tool with CanopyDeploy, but they also have an obvious business model; anything not in the tool itself will cost you extra (for example, template design and extra reporting features). Because of this, I have the freedom to create basically everything that helps me with Marketing Automation and makes it easy to try new stuff and test this. Especially with new features, I'm not always aware of how they are exactly intended to work, how you can best use them, and what you should avoid doing. **Recommendations to others considering Deployteq:** When comparing ESPs, do not boast only about the price of the platform. Delve deeply into ESPs when comparing them. Because they all claim they can do the same, but there is ultimately a big difference in user-friendliness and flexibility. You only notice this after working with it for a while. You don't want to be dependent on a technical specialist, an implementation partner, or the support desk for every solution. The reason I choose CD is that I notice my customers can quickly manage the platform independently and there is very little that cannot be built with CD. **What problems is Deployteq solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have any "problems" that I solve with CD...
