They are thorough and won't just clear people, and will let us know the challenges they have when clearing some candidates. It is easy enough to invite applicants to the platform. **What do you dislike about Deploi?** The timeframe can sometimes be an issue, but this is due to the checks being thorough **What problems is Deploi solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives me more time to focus on what I need to do in my day job, as they do the vetting for us! ### 2. The support I recieve from Lizzie daily is great, always there to answer any of my questions and jump onto a call if needed. Pretty easy to use software. I like that I am sent a breakdown each week of where everyone is at. Overall really like Deploi. **What do you dislike about Deploi?** I sometimes struggle with the cancelled bucket when people already have an account and it goes straight into the cancelled bucket. I also struggle sometimes with the hoops the individual has to jump through if they haven't been working or if one thing isnt right and it hinders the whole process (aware this is what makes someone vetted though) it is just frustrating when TUPE people come across who were previously vetted and now cant be through Deploi. **What problems is Deploi solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us to ensure everyone is correctly vetted and does the chasing up part for us! ### 3. They are reliable and friendly, and easy to deal with. **What do you dislike about Deploi?** The pace of eDBS checks is sometimes slower than other checks. **What problems is Deploi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to ensure all our staff are checked to a certain standard and using Deploi ensures that all standards are met.
