I like how flexible DemandZEN is, and how fast they're able to get onboarded and started. It's really refreshing that I didn't have to do a massive amount of enablement or onboarding - I am leading my own team, so by hiring them I'm able to focus on my team while they provide value without significant lift. They're very self-sufficient. I appreciate their data, which is strong and noticeably stronger than the data from other providers and sometimes our own internal data. I would prefer that their BDRs stay on the entire call. I think that would be more valuable and aid in their learning about our product - specifically to set better meetings and create better opportunities for us longer term. Their outsourced SDR service is excellent and has helped us grow our business. DemandZen helps us reach new customers and iterate on our outbound messaging.
