I will not, even if I am dying of starvation, trust this service again. **What do you dislike about Deliveroo for Partners?** Disgraceful service - both drivers and customer service alike. Stood outside in the rain for 2 hours, after ordering twice, driver does not show up, and a refusal to refund either payment - absolutely horrendous. €80 just gone to feed the seagulls presumably, and not an ounce of credibility or professionalism in the entirety of the service. **What problems is Deliveroo for Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tried to contact the driver on two separate occasions, before he ubruptly ended the chat and my food disappeared. Customer services then guaranteed a refund and subsequent driver for the order to be delivered again, just for them not to show up a second time! Customer services had the absolute gall to tell me that the driver had try to contact me, and hence I was not eligible for a refund - absolute nonsense - I was in the text chat with him on both occasions asking for a location until they ultimately just disappeared. ### 6. I have never seen anything like this before. Just one mail and the answear came in maxim 30 minutes. Marwa helped us. **What do you dislike about Deliveroo for Partners?** I don't have anything to dislike at this company. **Recommendations to others considering Deliveroo for Partners:** They care about customers and satisfaction so use with all the guts in the world **What problems is Deliveroo for Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** We placed an order and wrote the informations e needed and the courier forgot or omitted to mention that is a present. So the person refused because she didn't order anything, the guy didn't explain the information we gave him and that's it, no present :) The next day i sent an email to Deliveroo about the situation. Half an hour later, maximum i get a response that i can place the order from today within 3 months because they gave me a cupon. And all the instructions to tqlk with courier so it won't happen again. At the end of the day the girl got her present :) ### 8. Especially in some areas of the UK it seems you still have to search a few platforms in order to find a restaurant that only works as they only seem to work with one Third party app. **What problems is Deliveroo for Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick and simple food delivery/pick up options for busy people. At times there are additional costs/ price appear more expensive however on the app. ### 9. Through their user-friendly app it is really easy to search for certain cuisine (e.g. German/Italian etc.) or for filter for specific food diets. The order status is traceable at each step, so you'll always know where your food is.
