Disgraceful service - both drivers and customer service alike. Stood outside in the rain for 2 hours, after ordering twice, driver does not show up, and a refusal to refund either payment - absolutely horrendous. €80 just gone to feed the seagulls presumably, and not an ounce of credibility or professionalism in the entirety of the service. Limited coverage - seems to be an issue with other third party platforms that they do not always offer a wide variety. Especially in some areas of the UK it seems you still have to search a few platforms in order to find a restaurant that only works as they only seem to work with one Third party app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
