Also shall work on customer support. **What problems is Delinea Server Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us strengthen the identity management as that was specific compliance requirement of one set of projects to implement Multi Factor Authentication and track the identity effectively. ### 2. It needs to consolidate all my applications and programs. **What do you dislike about Delinea Server Suite?** The hectic synchronization of passwords across all my applications is unremarkable with delays during expiration or renewal. Accessing my company programs becomes difficult with the smooth login process provided by Delinea. **What problems is Delinea Server Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The customer service and account management uses improvement; they are not up to par. The omnichannel approach for issue resolution is difficult to navigate for users. Some software does not fully support Single Sign On functionality, which causes inconvenience. ### 3. I wish they had a better omnichannel to reach out to regarding issues. **What problems is Delinea Server Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that Centrify is solving for us is better account management and most importantly single sign on capabilities. We were introduced to single sign on from this company and help grow and scale upward with ease of access. ### 4. Centrify has helped us to streamline our access to IT assets and manage user privileges centrally. Centrify is the only place we use for storing passwords, SSH keys, secrets, and checking out admin accounts that rotate credentials. **What do you like best about Delinea Server Suite?** Centrify is helping a great deal with managing different systems and accounts from a central place. **What do you dislike about Delinea Server Suite?** Centrify has many built-in features and the interface tends to be quite extensive. It might be hard to navigate especially to the novice user. **Recommendations to others considering Delinea Server Suite:** Centrify has more built-in features than one usually needs. The 30-day free trial will give you a better idea of whether this will be fit for purpose in your use case. **What problems is Delinea Server Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest benefits to us is the admin accounts that rotate credentials and keep us secure. Another great feature is the timing out on account credentials and access to systems which makes our entire infrastructure a lot more secure. ### 5. It is good for all. **What problems is Delinea Server Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have centrified our Asset Management System in my current company. By acting as a single sign-on and TPA, I feel secure knowing that when I log in, the apps and software will be safe from hackers and attacks, also that myself and my information is also protected. **What do you like best about Delinea Server Suite?** The most helpful aspect of Centrify is that it keeps all of my apps and programs in one place, while also maintaining the security and protecting me during login and usage. Having to only log in once, and then see all of my company programs in one place and ready to be opened without a secondary login prompt is great. Definitely recommend for your organization. **What do you dislike about Delinea Server Suite?** I haven't really ran into any issues that would cause me to dislike my usage of Centrify. Has been a great program to utilize. **What problems is Delinea Server Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** While not in my companies IT department, Centrify has been integral for maintaining the protection and controls that we are requiring and maintain the safety of our company's internal infrastructure and computing. ### 7. Its great to be able to log into one account and work from multiple pieces of software. It can be a little clunky, but usually handles user needs quite well. **What do you like best about Delinea Server Suite?** The best feature in my opinion (as a user) is the speed at which it syncs passwords across all my apps and how well it does it. There is no lag during password expiration and re-sync. **What do you dislike about Delinea Server Suite?** Some software is not truly SSO - such as ADP. Passwords are synced through centrify but not actually logged in when on my work network. Not sure if its an IT issue on our end or a limitation of centrify but it would be nice to have that OOB. **Recommendations to others considering Delinea Server Suite:** Evaluate the pro's and cons between them and Okta. Similar products but okta seems a bit more modern in UI, while Centrify seems to have better tech on the backend. **What problems is Delinea Server Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've had very few issues with the exception of what is mentioned above. Benefit i've found the most useful is the fact that it syncs your passwords very quickly. No more trying to log in...finding passwords are not synced...poking around in SSO and system, and finally having it work. Centrify handles this rather well. ### 8. I would recommend this to other businesses that need to beef up their security. **What do you dislike about Delinea Server Suite?** I dislike that it's hard to use automation scripts that keeps the Centrify cache intact. But this would be more of a chrome type of effect rather than Centrify itself. **Recommendations to others considering Delinea Server Suite:** I would say that Centrify is easy to integrate into current systems and helps out tremendously. **What problems is Delinea Server Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving security issues and it helps us scale and benefits us as we grow to a larger company ### 9. Ypu can have control to your domain access, you can audit the actions from users in your Domain Network, also you can solve problems with the share of policies between departments.
