The verification journey is straightforward for customers, Which has helped us reduce onboarding abandonment rates. Although the platform performs very well overall, we would appreciate additional customization options within the reporting and analytics modules. Having more flexibility to create tailored dashboards for different stakeholders would improve visibility across departments.
