I’ve been using Decodo’s UK residential proxies for my daily work and the performance has been really solid. Speeds are fast with low latency, IP quality is really clean with no location mismatches or unexpected drops. The dashboard UI is clean and makes setting up endpoints easy. Also the customer support is excellent, Noora helped me to sort out a particular proxy configuration issue within minutes. Overall, it’s a great bang for the buck.

One minor limitation is that there is no self-service button in the dashboard to refresh or swap an assigned IP address directly, which usually requires purchasing a new one. However, when I reached out regarding my setup, customer support was very accommodating and helped me change my IP for free as a courtesy. While their support team handled it generously, having an automated option directly in the portal would be much more convenient.

I use Decodo's Dedicated ISP (static residential) proxies to manage several Amazon US seller accounts that must never share an IP. The biggest win is the fixed, sticky IP per port — once assigned, the IP stays consistent across sessions, which is exactly what's needed for account anti-association. Setup was straightforward: each account gets its own dedicated port, and the ISP-grade IPs are clean and rarely flagged by marketplaces.<br><br>A detail that matters a lot for my situation: from mainland China, switching the proxy type to HTTPS (instead of the default HTTP) is what finally made Google, TikTok Shop, and Amazon Seller Central load reliably. After that one config change, connection stability has been solid for day-to-day operations.

The thing I like most about Decodo is their customer support — they respond quickly and are genuinely helpful whenever I have an issue. On top of that, the IP quality is excellent, which makes a big difference for the affiliate work I use it for. I've been using it regularly for the past 2-3 months and haven't run into any major issues. Overall it's been a reliable and satisfying experience.

One thing I don’t like is that there are some geo-restrictions, and a few sites end up getting blocked. To unlock access or fix those blocks, they require ID verification, which I’m not really comfortable with. I feel like this step could be simpler, or at least optional in some cases.

The UI is very clean, and overall it feels quite smooth to use. Customer service response speed is indeed very fast, though the communication experience feels more like interacting with an AI rather than a real person. Performance is decent, and the ISP quality in the US is also quite good. Pricing is reasonable, and overall it's very affordable. Some integrated features in the product, such as web crawling, are well implemented, and the overall quality is satisfactory. The AI-powered customer service handles requests quickly, and the transfer speed is also fast. It comes with free proxies integrated, and the speed is decent.

The customer service feels like a bot. The IPs assigned on the first try weren't very good, but I swapped a few and they were acceptable. Most importantly, Stripe payment is not supported, which is quite frustrating, though it's understandable since it's ultimately for compliance/legitimacy reasons.

The proxy service was easy to set up, and I was able to select individual IPs based on specific locations when purchasing the service.

One limitation I experienced was that after purchasing individual static IPs, I could not change the location of one existing IP. I had selected two IPs in New York and one in Boston, but later wanted to change one New York IP to Texas and was unable to do so. I also found that different IP geolocation websites sometimes reported different locations for the same IP, making it difficult to verify the exact city-level location.

The biggest thing I like about Decodo is that I genuinely feel like I get what I pay for. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of the proxy network, and I haven't felt like there are hidden tactics or unexpected limitations designed to squeeze more money out of me.
The connection quality and speed have also been consistently good for my use case. The network is reliable, and I can actually use the proxies without constantly dealing with slow connections or failed requests.
I've been using Decodo for about a year now, and the overall value for money is probably what stands out the most. It feels like a straightforward service: you pay for a plan, you get access to a solid proxy network, and it works.

It is very easy to use and the proxies are good. I am not facing any issue. I like their plan of a number of proxies and we can just replace anyone if we want to. On other platforms we have to get a new one every time we need to get a new IP. Overall I am happy and satisfied with Decodo proxies. I think that is the one to go for me for my future purchases.

One issue I’ve noticed is that when we replace an IP, the port sometimes gets reshuffled automatically, so we have to be careful and double-check which port type is assigned. If the old IP used a specific port, it would be great if the replacement IP stayed on that same port as well.

Reasonable prices and, most importantly, a support team you can always easily reach out to for assistance. They’re always genuinely helpful. On top of that, they make our work easier with generous data allowances in the services they offer. Since we started using their service, we’ve consistently enjoyed ideal and stable performance and internet speeds. Best of all, their website is very easy to use—it’s sleek and simple—and integrating their proxies into our systems took just two minutes.

I haven't had any problems yet.Since I haven’t had any issues since I started using it, I can’t say there are any aspects I don’t like right now. But they could make the data limit unlimited—it says there might be a slowdown after 10 TB.

Their proxies are great quality, and if you ever find that one doesn’t meet your needs due to a quality issue, support is always available to help. They also usually offer the first replacement for free.

The only issue I’ve found so far is that when I do a replacement, the IP I replaced gets moved to another port unless it’s the last port. This usually affects all the ports below the one you’re replacing, which creates a lot of problems. If any profile is on, the IPs can get mixed up, and as a result the accounts get mixed up and burned.

I’m not aware of any specific issues they’re currently fixing. That said, I hope they improve the IP replacement process so that when you replace an IP, it stays on the same port instead of moving to a different one. Keeping the port unchanged would reduce mix-ups and save a lot of extra work updating ports on profiles that have already been created.

I like that Decodo's dedicated ISP proxies are easy to set up and manage from the dashboard. The service is simple to use, the traffic is unlimited on my plan, and the connection has been stable enough for my daily browsing and account access needs. I also had a case where my previous IPs worked better for my setup, and the support team helped restore them after I contacted them, which was useful.

The main downside is that the connection can sometimes be unstable, with occasional timeouts. Some IPs also seem to perform better than others depending on the location; for example, my current Hong Kong IP does not feel as good as the others. **What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?**

We crawl millions of sites every day and proxies are alpha omega for the toughest sites (that and JS rendering/Chromium). I love Decodo's great UX and the high quality proxies. It's super easy to get started. I also really appreciate the ease of picking e.g. specific country IPs in requests, such as German/French/Italian/etc IPs for EU requests, US IPs for requests to US sites.

I wouldn’t mind seeing lower prices, but overall I think they’re reasonable given the quality.

Decodo’s residential proxies solve a key challenge when crawling modern sites run by successful digital businesses. Combined with Playwright/Chromium for JavaScript rendering, they allow us to render even the most difficult sites with WAFs in place and infer their tech stacks.

It’s just so‑so. I previously bought three IPs from you, two of them didn’t work. Only the US one is usable. The UK and Australian ones can’t be used due to poor quality.
