What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I like the pricing and speed of support team, integration was very swift and it was easy for me, i basically had no questions during implementation, and it had all the bells and whistles other providers has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Maybe enterprise pricing could be more leaning, say for 2TB plan or more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They manipulate clients just to sell their products. no refund even if there team make sale with fake/hide informations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) solving and how is that benefiting you?

They manipulate clients just to sell their products. I purchased a $2000 ISP package, but the TCP limit is still capped at 1000. Even the $4 ISP package has the same 1000 TCP limit. On top of that, their sales team misled us by keeping the explanation vague—making it seem like the limit was 1000 TCP per IP. Because of this confusion, we ended up buying the package, only to realize later that it wasn’t clarified properly. When we raised the issue, they ignored it and kept pushing to sell the product.
