# Decodo (formerly Smartproxy): anyone else run into top-up/subscription confusion or IP misuse?

I like that Decodo makes it easy to purchase proxies based on different needs (like ISP proxies for different usage). I ran into issues where the top-up option did not add to the subscription date and the reminder text was too small, which led to a misorder, though support helped resolve it. I also noticed what looked like stolen proxy usage (3 to 5GB) after purchase, and some ISP/pay-per-GB IPs did not feel clean, causing problems on sites with Cloudflare. Have you experienced similar billing clarity or IP quality issues, and how did you handle them?
