The way the billing works. A couple of times, when I needed to change my plan, they charged me for a new month instead of prorate. That means I had to pay more on top of what I already paid for. Another pricing issue that was confusing to me at the start: I didn't know I couldn't buy multiple batches, they had to be stackable. For example I bought the 3-proxy package and I thought I could just buy another 3-proxy package but it didn't work like that. Found out only after I paid. And their Singapore proxies are not legit static residential. To be fair, no proxy providers are able to provide real residential proxies for Singapore. They should just remove that.
