**What do you like best about Decision Explorer?**

- The ability of Desicion Explorer to provide Visual Mapping, like connecting ideas helps me a lot to understand complex issues in easier way.
- Very easy to use, i like the user friendly interface most which is straightforward and simple, even new users can learn it faster.
- Last but not least it's feature of allowing collaboration on same task where multiple person can work on same problem so effectively as a team helps me to easily distribute the work for a team members effectively.
- I use  it frequently  for the complex processes.
-Overall Implementation is so easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Decision Explorer?**

- It has limited integrations with third - party project management tools.
- Advance features of Desicion Explorer takes time to learn for complete beginner.
- Customer Support time need to be reduced.

**What problems is Decision Explorer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, Desicion Explorer help me to make decision based on my college related complex things, and the project of startup idea mobile application i'm working on, the platforms helps me a lot to choose techstack, and mapping the idea from beginning to last.
