What do you like best about DCKAP Integrator?

What do you like best about DCKAP Integrator?

DCKAP's integrator is very flexible and the people using it actually understand their own tool. Because it is also built on it's own platform rather than being a SQL query built from scratch, it is much easier and faster to make changes and updates than custom solutions can be. DCKAP also gives you access to your own environment which is sadly not something that you see all that often anymore. The team we worked with has been very responsive. We really like that the integrator can be run much more frequently than our previous sync partner without charging for making use of that frequency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DCKAP Integrator?

The integrator tool is not incredibly intuitive to an outside user. While you are given access to your environment, you'll be hard-pressed to actually do anything in it without some guidance. To their credit, the team at DCKAP was more than willing to schedule some time with us to teach us about the integrator when we requested it, but it would be nice if that were a set part of the onboarding process. What do you like best about DCKAP Integrator?

DCKAP Integrator has allowed us to automate the process of taking credit card orders via our E-Commerce site and poulating Prophet 21 Remittances. The Portal to view and manage the DCKAP Integrator is well-designed and logical to utilize. The logs allow us to review the history and status of our Integrations. What do you dislike about DCKAP Integrator?

What problems is DCKAP Integrator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to implementing the DCKAP Integrator, our E-Commerce credit card orders were being 'authorized' on our Payment Processor's site. Our Acccount Receivable staff would then have to manually review these in Prophet 21, and then 'Capture' the transaction on our Payment Processor's site. Our staff would then have to manually enter the Credit Card information on Prophet 21 to complete the Remittance process.

By implementing DCKAP Integrator, the authorizations are automatically processed by DCKAP, the transactions 'Captured' as required, and the Remittance data automatically poulated in Prophet 21. This saves on staff productivity, and (especially) eliminates inaccurate data entry. Of course, this ultimately results in time and money saved! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DCKAP Integrator?

Easy-to-use UI with most of the features we need. I have visibility into the important details when I need them, and a clean dashboard view when I don't. The support team and engineer that we work with are very responsive and have worked with us for over 3 years now to get our integration streamlined and I am confident that our ecomm evolution will be handled with care. What do you dislike about DCKAP Integrator?

Once a sync begins, it would be nice to see the number of records that will be synced, with an estimated time to completion. This would help with active montoring and diagnosis of our ERP. It would also be useful to be able to download log summaries, and not just detailed logs, but this does not significantly impact my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This allowed us to reduce the amount of time spent keeping up content and other data in the e-commerce platform.
