The interface is intuitive and modern, and it was very straightforward to get our policies onto the platform and the workflows set up without any compliance expertise or implementation period. As a small business, without dedicated in-house compliance expertise and an IT team to manage software implementations, this has been really helpful.
In terms of the platform itself and what it does, it's replaced a very painful set of manual processes: chasing staff acknowledgements of policies via Microsoft Teams, taking screenshots as evidence, manually updating version history tables in Word documents, and setting Outlook reminders to follow-up with staff who haven't reviewed policies and reminders to review policies each year. Dayspring now handles all of that automatically which is saving us a significant amount of time and effort, whilst still ensuring that we can produce the evidence of policy governance our clients want. As an early customer, we have occasionally identified areas where we'd like additional functionality, but the Dayspring team has been responsive and receptive to feedback, and it's clear the platform is being actively developed with new features, functionality and improvements made each week.
