Daykeeper gives solopreneurs one inbox for every customer message from their app. Add the support chat widget with your AI builder, or let your coding agent (Claude Code, Cursor) set up the whole inbox with one CLI command. There's no signup form, and it's live in less than a minute. Save your best answers as saved replies. If a customer closes the chat, your reply still reaches them by email. On paid plans, replies come from your own domain, like support@yourapp.com. Daykeeper is priced per workspace, never per seat, so adding a teammate costs $0. Free covers 100 conversations a month. Pro is $19.99 per workspace for 2,000. Developers get an API, Node, web and React Native SDKs, and a local MCP server, with scoped permissions and an audit trail for anything an agent touches. Data is hosted in the US, and EU hosting is supported.

What do you like best about Daykeeper?

Daykeeper is absolutely fundamental to my business as I run a consumer app. It is so important for me to be able to respond to my users on time. And as a solopreneur, Daykeeper's plans and prices are so much more economical to me than Intercom. I also love how easy it is to set up Daykeeper, how responsive their team is, and how smooth it is to use Daykeeper to manage all of my customer replies, refunds, I literally cannot imagine running my business without Daykeeper! What do you dislike about Daykeeper?

I think the only downside about Daykeeper is that it's still a new app. And so there are definitely a few small UI bugs here or there, but I totally don't mind them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Daykeeper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Daykeeper makes talking to your hundreds or thousands of customers easy because it combines all of your customer messages into one inbox. It has workflows that allow me to automate so many aspects of my customer support because I am a solopreneur. I literally only have so many hours off a day and customer support was previously taking up so much of my time. But now with Daykeeper's automations and upcoming AI replies, I am slowly able to automate more and more of my customer replies without missing any crucial conversations.
