It aggregates information from multiple job boards, social media, and internal databases all in one place, making it easy for me to find the best talent out there. And the platform's user interface is super intuitive and user-friendly. Another big plus is the candidate matching algorithms. They help me quickly identify the most relevant candidates based on the skills and qualifications I need. **What do you dislike about Daxtra Search Nexus?** the platform can be a bit overwhelming at times. There's so much information to sort through and it can take a while to get the hang of using all the different features. Another downside is that the platform isn't always 100% accurate. Sometimes the information extracted from CVs and job postings can be a bit off and need to be corrected manually. All that being said, I still think DaXtra Search is a fantastic tool for recruiters. In short, DaXtra is solving the biggest problems I used to face in recruitment. Format of seeing candidate resumes pretty good. **What do you dislike about Daxtra Search Nexus?** I want to be able to search on the date of the last resume attachment. When searching our database there is no way to know if the resume is from last week or 6 years ago. Recency of a note or update is not useful as it will pull up candidates that have gotten a mass email recently which I don't care about. **What problems is Daxtra Search Nexus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick access to candidates in the database based on skill or title keywords. ### 4. It is overall a good product and above average across other products - i.e., TextKernel. I would recommend this product although I am just a user and have not vetted through other products aside from one. DaXtra does not have any ties to other job board account which means they do not give preference to one job board or not, which means it is usually neutral results. **What do you dislike about Daxtra Search Nexus?** Can be slow due to accessing multiple sources at one time. Also there is no link/reference to candidates when receiving watchdog emails. **Recommendations to others considering Daxtra Search Nexus:** Provide a reference to the candidate when sending out the emails for watchdogs **What problems is Daxtra Search Nexus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems: latency when searching.
