
I have had good luck recently with their customer service reps via the chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Most everything else! The articles they produce are hard to find and even harder to utilize. They do not allow much customization making the program a lot of their functionality not useful for us.
I also struggle as a smaller Y all their really nice add-ons like Daxko Engage, and others are too pricey!
The staff side of the program is not optimized for mobile so it is super difficult to use on the fly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Aaron - I hear your frustrations and would love to connect on a few projects I'm personally working on to better support our customers onboarding and continue to optimize Operations to meet their business needs - especially making sure smaller Y's have the best support resources when you don't have as much bandwidth as bigger organizations.
