**What do you like best about Dawson?**

Dawson helps with workforce solutions company that provides Job Placements, HR Management Solutions, and Community Workforce Programs for the top employers and the most qualified job seekers. I am one such person whom these people helped me.

**What do you dislike about Dawson?**

I’m sorry but I couldn’t find any cons of Dawson software. It seems to be a reliable and efficient software for businesses.

**What problems is Dawson solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dawson has given us measurable benefits. Firstly, they have reduced operating costs of their phone lines by 35%. Secondly, it’s easier for their IT department to manage and maintain as they don’t have to run around with different vendors and solutions. This has created a simplicity while saving on costs.
