What do you like best about Datricks Risk Mining?

We were up and running in about a week without the long setup and no coding. The platform immediately helped us catch financial exposures that were a top priority for us to fix, especially order-to-cash and procure-to-pay Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datricks Risk Mining?

Many exposures still lack important fields from the SAP system (such as all possible dates) and also lack the LC2 field in SAP (the official USD value of transactions), and instead the report shows 'Exposure in USD' which is based on unknown exchange rate, which is not relevant for us - we need the LC2 value in every single report and alerts showing transactions. In addition, we lack the options to create reports of our own Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Datricks Risk Mining solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Datricks, we had to use BI reports, which are not always efficient and very time consuming in terms of data extract. Datricks provides us a quick way to extract the data and very good SoD violations analysis capabilities. Now, we can see exactly where and when issues happen. The platform pulls data from our SAP ECC platform, and the built-in filters make it easy to dig into the details and better identify the root cause of the problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Datricks solved a big problem that we had of getting the relevant data for the audit as our company have 10 different SAP systems and now Datricks is connected to all 10 different SAP systems, and we as auditors are completely independent and don't need the business or IT to retrieve the data and don't need to bother them and waste their time.
