**What do you like best about datascalehr?**

I appreciate the simplicity of DataScaleHR, which solves a very complex problem in a straightforward way by applying AI and normalizing the rules and ingestion mappings. This tool allows us to connect with any type of HR data source, whether it's payroll or HRIS, and normalizes it into a common format for our data repositories. Its flexibility and integration capability make it stand out, permitting us to map client data with minimal effort. I also find the initial setup very simple, where you just drop a file and the system maps it by itself, and the tool learns over time. Its features enable us to run our processes more effectively and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about datascalehr?**

Maybe more robust API integrations would be something we would prefer, but I know the team is working on it.

**What do you like best about datascalehr?**

I like that with my limited knowledge, I can use DataScaleHR on my own without depending on someone else, which helps me make progress in my work. The customization options stand out to me because I can create any form I need and adapt the tool to my specific needs. Additionally, DataScaleHR suggests some mappings, allowing me to work from a base and make as many changes as I want until I have the perfect local forms.

**What do you dislike about datascalehr?**

There are some filtering options that could be helpful but for now we cannot do so. As a consequence, I have to do 3 forms when I could do only one. The initial setup of DatascaleHR is not easy.

**What problems is datascalehr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DatascaleHR for data transformation, getting suggested mappings saves me time. I can customize forms easily without needing a Data Scientist, empowering me to achieve results independently and efficiently.

I currently use datascalehr for a data migration project, and it helps me streamline what would otherwise be a time-consuming process. I appreciate how it ensures consistency and accuracy during data transfers, reducing the risk of errors associated with previous data migration tools. It's also an excellent centralized platform for HR functions, which makes navigation across different modules easy and improves data accuracy. I love that it reduces the need for manual administrative work and enables more flexible and customized reporting options. The ease of use really stands out for me. It's quick to navigate and doesn't require intensive training. This powerful tool feels straightforward, bridging the gap between powerful functionality and everyday use. The initial setup was very easy, as I can have a client setup in minutes with only a few steps. The team behind datascalehr is also impressive. They are quick to respond, open to suggestions, and genuinely pleasant to work with.

**What do you dislike about datascalehr?**

Within the data migration process there is still a lot of manual offline (Excel) mapping required before configuring in datascalehr. I look forward to the future where datascalehr could potentially reduce the need for it. Their automatic field mapping using their Knowledge Model works well but with detailed and more complex mappings, a lot of input from my side is still required.

I use datascalehr for data migration, which streamlines mapping from legacy systems, reducing errors and manual work. It's a centralized platform, enhancing data accuracy and reporting flexibility across HR functions.

**What do you like best about datascalehr?**

I really appreciate how datascalehr makes integration setup very easy and fast. I just need to feed the file inputs and outputs, and it can recognize the field mappings and introduce the business rules. Within a few hours, I have everything set up, which greatly reduces the risk of maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets. I love having everything in one place where my users can access our business rules, mappings, and files. It's also extremely easy to set up because it's a very intuitive tool. The knowledge base and how-to guides are quite extensive, allowing anyone to use it and set it up quickly.

**What do you dislike about datascalehr?**

The one area that definitely needs improvement is the context around systems. datascalehr understand mappings well but does not understand yet how to make decisions around what data to send. For example, when working with BambooHR and SAP systems of record, BambooHR can only send single, current records, whereas SAP receives them in a different format. I'd like dshr to have built-in intelligence to know how different systems work instead of just doing plain mappings, also containing the rules and the context around the systems we're integrating.

I use datascalehr for easy and quick integration setup, reducing risk by consolidating Excel spreadsheets into one accessible place with business rules and mappings.

**What do you like best about datascalehr?**

I think it's good that all data can be imported and actions can be configured at the field level, which offers great flexibility. Data can be reconciled, and the databases are written during import. All these are great features to provide the customer with a great customer experience. I also like the technical possibilities and the way datascalehr has been set up.

**What do you dislike about datascalehr?**

One needs a bit of technical know-how to feel confident in the operation. Mistakes can happen, and often less technical people don't know what to adjust or do. The settings are flexible, but the effects are not understandable for all users. Sometimes a simple process is better.

**What problems is datascalehr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I recommend DataScaleHR to give customers control over their own data and to coordinate the payroll process with quality. It offers flexibility through importable data and configurable actions.

the dislike is immediately also the love affair....the UI may be a little bid more user friendly....but on the flip side, it offers complete user flexibility to deploy anyway seen fit.....

Its solving the #1 issue every payroll has (this includes HR and Finance) and thats how to handle data effectively.  Integrations, moving data from global systems to local systems in bespoke format and language becomes a thick in the box....fabulous

Automates Payroll Validation to enable scaling as payroll population grows. Provides additional checkpoints to ensure payroll validation is complete. Allows for Global Reporting including Variance reporting, GL, and YTD reporting. Creates a central repository for global payroll data. Constantly evolving to meet user needs.

**What do you dislike about datascalehr?**

There is a significant configuration ramp up. Users should be well versed on setup and triaging changes.
