Compatibility with multiple formats, I have been using this application since it was called Advanced Archive Repair, obviously it cannot recover all files as it depends on how damaged they are, but it is the type of application that has given us the best results out of all we have tried, with a much higher rate of undamaged file recovery. It has saved us a lot of work that would otherwise have been lost due to a technical error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
