What do you like best about Dashly?

I like the fact that I can just create a simple lead bot in 10 mins and start gathering leads. The conversational way of working is just miles ahead of a solo popup. Also, their support is great, it's just from another level in comparison to many many many competitors i used before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dashly?

A small downside of Dashly is maybe that it doesn't have a custom css function to fully customize the widget, however, it's only a small remark on top of a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dashly?

This was very easy to setup and apply our branding. I did not have to spend a huge amount of time to get the basics working. We are now rolling out the knowledge base and chat bots. This was a great find as cheaper and more functional than the chat service we used previously. The support was fast and helpful when we did need them. Recommended. What do you dislike about Dashly?

Initial concerns of multi domains. But the support team sorted this quickly.

What do you like best about Dashly?

Dashly is a tool where you can set up your live chat in a few minutes. The level of customization that your widget has is incredible. Best of all, you can generate a chat and you can embed it in various wordpress websites using its official plugin, where you just put the subscription keys and that's it.

I use the android application and it is extremely fast, in real time I can see my potential customers online and know where they come from or what section they are in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dashly?

we just switched to Dashly and we were very happy with all the functionalities Dashly offers, live chat, chatbot, knowledge base. also the fact that we can use our own branding and emails are sent through our own domain. it's fantastic how easy it is to set up! Great UI, one of the best out there you can find! When using it, everything is just visually appealing!

Easy to use, everything is just so intuitive.

Great functionality! Chatbot, Live chat, Popup, Triggered message, all in one and all easy to set up!

Good numbers of integrations, connect to marketing stack with ease!

What do you dislike about Dashly?

Price, definitely not the cheapest you will find.

Non-multiligual. this is something the team must add, otherwise competitors will win.

What do you like best about Dashly?

We have been using DASHLY for years and it gives us full satisfaction in collecting contacts and following up on customer requests. Thanks to it and its mobile application, we are informed of customer requests and can respond to them as best as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dashly?

What do you like best about Dashly?

Ease of setup - front and backend simple but looks great

The onichannel it provides is a huge bonus as is the mobile app which works perfectly. I had the whole thing setup within 30 mins using the wordpress plugin too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dashly?

Tiers & features contained / some terminology a little confusing, Better explanations of the differences between the features in the tiers and the different types of bots would have made the jump even quicker from my previous platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
