Simple and smooth tool for automating day-to-day HR processes such as daily login, leave management, and attendance. It offers a strong data protection layer. It has been more than a year since using Darwinbox on a daily basis. Best thing I really like is easy mobile access. No need to remember and reset passwords as the mobile application works through QR Code. All the tasks such as raising tickets, tracking them, and managing leave are easy to do. You can assign and find goals/tasks for timely reviews of employee performance. It is easy to navigate. All HR documents and feedback can be accessed through a single click on both the mobile and web applications. I personally find it very user-friendly and straightforward.
