**What do you like best about Daisy DRaaS?**

What I liked the most is its ease of use and interface that allows you to "play" with it and adapt it to what you are looking for or need.

**What do you dislike about Daisy DRaaS?**

I didn't like how outdated it is relative to the other tools it competes with. I also found her slow and delayed in actions, which led to a delay in tasks or work.

**Recommendations to others considering Daisy DRaaS:**

My recommendation always goes the same way, do not close the door to any tool, if you have the possibility, try it since you can get something that suits your needs just as not everyone uses it for the same. In my case it was not the best experience but I clearly recommend that you try it for yourself

**What problems is Daisy DRaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned, the problems that I solved the most or that helped me solve are about the freedom of the tool, which allows one to adapt it perfectly to what you need for a while, something that not all tools are capable of.

Customer support is a bit bad, that could be speeded up a bit.

I like the way it backups the work area backup and s3 compactable backup solution

Integration with linux and mac is not supported much

Backup solution connected on premise and cloud.
But when comparing with baracuda , its lacking lot of features
