DailyFleetPro Reviews & Product Details

Your teams are on the road from early morning. By the end of the day there are hours, trips, mileage, expenses, and everything that happens to a vehicle in service. Good tools exist for parts of it. The day still reaches the office in pieces, and someone puts them together at the end of the week. DailyFleetPro keeps the whole day in one place. Each team member logs hours, trips, mileage, expenses and vehicle checks from their phone, as the day goes. The manager validates the week. The office gets a payroll-ready month: overtime, per diems, mileage reimbursement, receipts. For the teams: time and expenses, ready for payroll. For the vehicles: a record, a history and maintenance due dates for each one. Simple: five sections a day, no training. Mobile: a few taps a day, from the field. Reliable: every entry is dated and kept. Data hosted in the EU. Free Solo plan to start; Team and Business plans per user, per month.
