It didn't have near the capabilities as other ATS systems I have used. It was hard to search for candidates and hard to find candidates and keep track of who had been called. **Recommendations to others considering Cyber Recruiter:** I would recommend checking into other products. **What problems is Cyber Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was a place for us to store candidates and go back to later, but they were hard to find at times and the results didn't seem right when I ran searches. ### 2. They are willing to help with any and all issues. The technicians are fantastic at making difficult topics to understand, understandable. They are willing to serve at any capacity needed, and always have done so joyfully. **What do you dislike about Cyber Recruiter?** Not enough customization or accessibility. There are many portions on the applicant page that are unneeded. There is not capability of customizing what you do and don't need. You buy the product and everything is included without the ability to make some items disappear. This adds time to the process while digging. In terms of accessibility - if you have zero IT knowledge, it can be very time consuming to dig, and dig, and dig through a system just to find ways to make changes. **What problems is Cyber Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our on-boarding process is done by Cyber Recruiter. So, online job postings, application, req posting both internal and external, applicant processing, etc. ### 5.
