What do you like best about Cyber Chief?

The vulnerability test results are set out in a very intuitive way. I can easily understand just by looking at the kanban board what issues I need to focus on or what issues someone else from my team is working on. We're starting to setup CICD pipelines and initial tests with running scans from the API have been working just as we have experienced when running from within the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyber Chief?

Integrations are still to come online. We're particularly keen to see how the Slack integration works. What's already there works really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cyber Chief solving and how is that benefiting you?

We didn't have a standard way for our engineers to run security scans on our applications. Cyber Chief gives us that ability and because the results are so detailed and the fixes are given in languages that we use, eg. Java, Python, C#, etc, this saves a lot of time. So it's good not having to rely on the security team to tell us what's wrong. That slows us down and is often frustrating too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cyber Chief?

As the world knows Magento is really prone to security holes. So my team uses cyber chief to scan the magento ecom stores we build for our customers. I guess this is our way of telling our customers that we want to keep their online stores secure and we simply present reports from cyber chief to show this to our customers that there are no high risk vulnerabilities in the store that we've built for them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cyber Chief?

I've not quite learned how to set up authenticated scanning myself. So It would be useful if I could do this myself only Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cyber Chief solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can now share security reports with our customers for every project. I find it a lot easier to fix vulnerabilities and customers trust us a lot more because they can see that we're doing security work without them having to tell us to do it. What do you like best about Cyber Chief?

We can run vulnerability scans for all our public facing web apps at a click of a button. My software engineers get some very targeted suggestions to fix the vulnerabilities that are found. I like the dashboard feature as well so that I can easily see what's going on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
