I use ParcelWILL to track all customer orders and allow customers to follow their deliveries directly from my site. It's customizable and really not bad. What I also like is the ability to send emails to customers at each stage of the delivery, which informs them in case of a problem. This feature reassures customers throughout the delivery process and prevents them from worrying or making chargebacks.
