# Cc'ing different people in abstracts Come December I will need to announce the CRA 2020 Undergraduate Awards. Each nominee (abstract submission) will need to be Cc to a different person. So we will need to email the student, but then also Cc their department chair and department admin. Right now you can't Cc anyone, let alone different people. # Will there be any advancements to get around spam issues with sending invites and emails? We are a 3rd party planner so we send invites to events on our client's behalf. We find even for our company emails without fail still go to spam filters. We can't ask our guests to have their company's IT department whitelist Cvent and even though our company has whitelisted Cvent emails still go to junk. Right now our solution has been to send outside emails but which also has issues with the ability or lack of to collect no's if coming outside of cvent.
