It also loads slow on the product page compared to other customizers. **What problems is Customily solving and how is that benefiting you?** Offers product customization and it is affordable at $50/month and a flat fee per transaction. ### 2. The learning curve is there, but it is not very steep. There is also an option for custom CSS and file renaming which is extremely useful. Using Customily allows us to automaticaly generate production files and print them in-house with little to no manual work. I also love that they allow manual file generation and other platforms where we will launch soon. **What do you dislike about Customily?** Their pricing model is ok if you have one store but if you have multiple stores, each localised in its own language, the price for all licenses is very steep. That is why we use Customily only on multi-store setups which are a pain to setup. **What problems is Customily solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automatic production file generation and showing customers the preview. ### 3. But then they tell you to when you email them. Meanwhile you are getting charged $500 USD for unusable software. **What problems is Customily solving and how is that benefiting you?** No solving of the refund I require. $2300 AUD and counting, am I going to get my money back? Doubtful. Avoid this company at all costs. ### 4. You can show customers exactly what they will receive. **What do you dislike about Customily?** I disliked the UI, because I thought that it was a bit confusing at first but I got the hang of it after awhile. The tutorial was very confusing and didn't explain properly how to use the basic functions. The software could use more clip-art options and more graphic design tools. **What problems is Customily solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping by allowing customers to see exactly what their product will look like before ordering so that customers will be more reassured and willing to make a purchase, knowing that their product will turn out how they want. It is a one stop shop for all the needs of custom products business. ### 5. I like that it integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, and has a powerful design studio. There are many similar software on the market, but Customily is very intuitive. **What do you dislike about Customily?** I would like the website to be multi-language and support dark mode. However, Customily works very well with all the features it has. Multi-language support would be ideal for the Spanish-speaking market. **What problems is Customily solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Customily I save a lot of time and get a very high quality result. So far it has worked great, but a fer other tools would be great as well. **What problems is Customily solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its helping me create and design different images for the products im selling, it also shortens the time I need to spend on creating designs. so that is the most valuable thing. ### 8. It's a cakewalk setting your listings, making your templates, etc. Suzan has been extremely helpful and supportive, and for this reason alone I believe that everyone should give Customily a shot, for any type of customization product. ### 10. Come to find out (after paying them $500 for the first month to get started) It doesn't work at all. After a week of trying to get it to work for several hours every day, I finally gave up and asked for a refund. They refused to refund my $500, and told me I could use it "as a credit" if I wanted to ever come back to their app. YOUR APP IS GARBAGE THAT DOESN'T WORK! Don't waste your time or money and learn from my mistakes. **What problems is Customily solving and how is that benefiting you?** Literally none, I wasted 40 hours and $500 trying to work with their app. ### 13. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I'd say that it has a learning curve that you have to go thought, but the support reps are really helpful and friendly (and patient lol).
